Just My Type

David sent me this link. Pretty good, really.

ISTP - The Mechanics

The independent and problem-solving type. They are especially attuned to the demands of the moment are masters of responding to challenges that arise spontaneously. They generally prefer to think things out for themselves and often avoid inter-personal conflicts.

The Mechanics enjoy working together with other independent and highly skilled people and often like seek fun and action both in their work and personal life. They enjoy adventure and risk such as in driving race cars or working as policemen and firefighters. This shows what parts of the brain that were dominant during writing

Odd, my two main blogs both came up as ESFP, but in testing of my self, I came up NSFT!

But in my blogs I basically "think out loud" and describe events and take quizzes, rather than "how to". I wouldn't call either of my blogs entertaining or pleasant, either! One is just interesting stuff I do or think, and the other is full of nightmares and yucky things and no one reads it, thankfully!

LOL, those blog quizzes are pretty interesting too. One had me as a Star Trek "Red Shirt", one had me as Rincewind from Discworld! LOL! I suppose if I was a Winnie the Pooh character, it would be Eeyore...

Interesting site. Bill (INTP _ The Thinkers) and I (ESFP - The Performers) both did it and came out polar opposites. I'm embarrassed to say I haven't figured out what the E stands for, but overall, it was fun to try. Seemed pretty accurate, too. Thanks for posting.

My scary bad one is on Live Journal, and then I have a wordpress one at http://onceajinx.wordpress.com/

(I was known as 'Jinx' in the military - anything left to Brandy can and will tend towards chaos!)
